Drop Off
In order to sell at Kids' Swap, you MUST register to be a seller. Items must be tagged using our Tagging System prior to Drop-Off.
Please see the Events Schedule for the Drop-Off dates and times. We do require drop-off appointments for all consignors. Please schedule your drop-off appointment within your consignor account.
Please do the following to speed up your item drop-off:
* Please allow enough time for our volunteers to check all items. Items will be inspected for quality and for seasonal appropriateness.
* You will need to sign an InTrendsicAL, LLC Consignor Agreement when you bring your items. You will also pick up your Shopping Pass and Guest Pass at this time.

Please do the following to speed up your item drop-off:
- All items must be tagged according to the Selling/Tagging Guidelines prior to drop-off.
- Be prepared with an exact item count.
- Group items by sex and size. This will make it easier for you to hang your clothing on the correct racks.
- Place items in clothes baskets, boxes or anything else that may help you unload from your vehicle to the building.

Pick Up
Items must be picked up on the pick-up date listed on the Events Schedule.
If you are unable to pick up your items on the date listed, you may ask a friend or relative to pick up for you. We must be out of the building on this day. Any items remaining after the pick-up hours become the property of InTrendsicAL, LLC and will be donated to a local charity. Please note that we will release consignment checks to the seller or seller's spouse only. Remaining checks will be mailed the next day to the address listed in your InTrendsic consignor account.
Kids' Swap will make pick-up easy for you. Items will be presorted, so all you have to do is the following:

- Know your seller number before you come.
- Allow yourself a few minutes to look through items to make sure you aren't taking home someone else's things in error. Accidents do happen.
- Sign a Kids' Swap form stating you picked up your remaining items.
- Pick up your check!
What is the Consignor PreSale?
The Consignor PreSale is an exclusive shopping time just for you! At Drop-Off, you'll receive a Consignor Shopping Pass (to be used by the Seller only) and a Guest Pass (to be used by 1 adult guest). Please turn in your pass as you come in for the sale, and ask your guest to do the same.
Please see the Events Schedule for your shopping time as we do occasionally adapt the schedule from season to season.
" Children will not be admitted to the Consignor or Guest PreSale events at Kids' Swap. If you have an infant under one year of age who is still carried in a wrap, you may bring your infant. Also, no strollers or wagons will be allowed at PreSale events. Please bring a laundry basket to help carry your items as you shop. Children are welcome at the public sale times on Wednesday through Saturday.
